Enrollment Policy
Mi Escuela Montessori's admissions policy aims 1) to attract, enroll, and retain students and families who are representative of the diversity existing in Polk County, 2) to provide a high-fidelity Montessori environment, and 3) to develop a school environment where students have adequate time and resources to develop biliteracy and bilingualism in English and Spanish. MEM believes that the ideal educational program is one in which students interact with and develop a respect for others who share different cultural, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Mi Escuela Montessori will reach out to underserved and/or underrepresented communities who might otherwise be unaware of available charter school options.
